from what i understand is.. that basically for the pins 1 (red),2 (green),3 (black) u insert wires from the female jack or male jack which ever one you perfer. for the two brown ones (5 and 6) u just connect them together with a piece of wire. connecting these two, enables the aux option to be available to use.
