I would like to know who Bill is that signed the petition #764. That says there is no
problem that young punks need to learn how to drive. HEY BUDDY, I am 45 and have
driven and owned several manuals. I use to race my 1971 Chevelle LT-1 with a 4 speed
Muncie M-22 with a Hurst Competition plus IN THE EARLY 80's. I have NEVER had a
problem like this. THERE IS A PROBLEM. If you don't have a problem BILL, you are lucky.
