Thats exactly what I said in post #124. We need to e-mail ALL magazines, news, J.D Power & Assoc, etc. etc. But not 1 person, eveybody with problems NEEDS to get BUSY NOW. I am in the process of doing just that.....GET BUSY PEOPLE!!!
