A quick cheap fix for the Injen Cai rubber elbow that comes in contact with upper radiator hose is a 3 x 3 inches piece of foam. I put it between the hose and the elbow. And now after a long trip I touch that rubber elbow and is a lot colder.

Yeah I noticed that the radiator hose touches the elbow. I was going to wrap the hose with an insulation tape and then do the same with the rest of the CAI tube. Hoping this will lower the intake air temp some what...
I have an ECU reader (scangaugeII) and right now my intake air temps are around 112 degrees F on an 75 degree day.
