I'm sure most of us have done some spirited driving in a fun car like the si, but sometimes it may get out of hand. (peer pressure, street contests, exploring the limits of the car...etc) No one expects nor wants to be involved in an accident, but it happens unexpectedly at times.
Fortunately, I haven't been in accident due to reckless street driving (I don't race on the streets), but I do feel sympathetic for him.
I want to share my two cents:
1. Go kart racing (
K1 Speed) - This is a really good alternative to release that urge to race. You will go against some very good drivers in a safe environment who will teach you the meaning of "fast".
2. Any track events (search on google for a local track) - If you would rather test the limits of your car and mods in a responsible manner.
Both of the above suggestions are A LOT cheaper than getting speeding tickets, crashing your car, or medical bills.
