Ummmmm... wait. Whoever added the poll screwed up! DLP is not tube, it's rear projection and tube is a whole different technology.

This is not something that can be answered without knowing the situation. They all have pros and cons and the answer will vary depending on who and where the TV will be located.

1. Is budget a factor? If so, how much for what size?
2. What do you use the TV for? What do you watch?
3. How close/far do you sit to the screen?
4. Is there windows anywhere facing the TV location?
5. Do you want a TV you don't mind replacing a bulb for or do you want something maintenance free?
6. Do you want or ever want to be able to hang it on a wall?

That should start it...
