I have talked this over with not only a HONDA AMERICA TECH and my local service guys. The Si has a crappy conical carbon fiber syncro and it creates a 2 stage shift from 2nd to third. So if you don't feel that 2nd bump in your shifting, you are NOT engaged. A Manual transmission modifer additive can be put into your tranny fluid, or you can use that AMsoil shit that has the modifiers already in it. This will help the issue, NOT solve it. I guess from what i have heard this is an old problem that has haunted Acura Integras for years. Good luck getting honda to fix it.
