Well sounds like ill be the first ginnie(sp?) pig for this ->

5w30 Mobile 1 super syn extended performance oil(gold cap) and filter.

This line of oil just came out about a month or 2 ago. Its about $.70 more per quart than Mobile 1. Its rated at 15k miles between oil changes.

The filter was $10.99. It was a M1-110 filter. And lasts twice as long as the leading filter, it has a synthetic filtering element.

Why did I decide to go with this? Well, at work we use Mobile products so I see the effects of Mobile 1 oil(which i like). So I decided to try it once and see if the exta $.70/quart was worth it. If i dont think it is then ill just change my oil at work for free from now on w/ mobile 1.
As for the filter, I knew i needed a good filter for the high reving engine, and since it sees vtec alot.

Ill let everyone know how it goes with the mileage.
