I was a fan of factory oil since I'm a Spoon Sports fanboy and the President of Spoon says if you're just a weekend warrior with moderate modification to your vehicle, the factory oil is best.

I think Valvoline makes the Honda conventional oil and Mobile makes the Honda Synthetic. They are not the same as Mobile1, but very similar in additives.

Since I went FI I've been using Royal Purple.
