Say you have an intake and/or catback on the car and you blow your engine or transmission. While the intake/exhaust cannot be proven to be the reason why your engine or transmission blew, they can deny your claim based on circumstancal evidence. If you have mods, most likely you were beating on the car (even if you werent) and if you're young it's even worse.
