It's called shot-gun effect. Spray out enough emails and phone calls in hopes that just one person will take a hit.
Email. Every newspaper, TVstation, 20/20, dateline, car magazine.... attorny generals office, NHTSA, etc etc etc
Or just get an Ex. j/k
