For those of you who are not in the VIN range you may have a rev hang but I doubt it's anything like those that are in the range. Like it states in the SB. "this update IMPROVES some of the problems but does not 100% fix them". So unless you are in the range don't waste the dealer’s time. I'm sure Honda knows exactly when they implemented the new update so there is no reason to go waste the service department’s time.
