lol, using a USB motherboard connector seems a bit... i dunno, ghetto lol
why bother from the pics ive seen, just use but splices or ball in joint connectors... which as far as i know are cheaper than USB connectors... and yes, those are USB connectors for motherboards, as well as audio connectors too... power connectors. etc.
But from the diagram i saw u can avoid them alltogether
