You're referring to Owner Link. Owner link showed nothing for my VIN. It was the same at my dealership and through Honda direct. I sat in the car today while the service guy ran the program. He plugged it in, the HDS read my ECU. The program stated that ".... updates are available..." So, he downloaded them. That HDS is coooooool. It runs off of windows.
My car feels normal now.
