I got it up to close to 8000 rpms in second, third and fourth and was at 95 mph in no time!! phew, I was lucky traffic was light and no cops around!! One other feeling I have is that my gas mileage will see some improvement with the rpms not hanging like it was before.

I noticed the odd changes too on the way home.I thought I was trying to convince myself that the car felt.... a little more free or lighter, more well behaved. Well, well for what i do to it on the highway.
