Update, after the first day i bought it, the damn thing froze on me so the next day i went back and got the warranty...am i glad i did b/c since then it froze on me at least 25-30 times while playing nfsmw

so now i feel like the $50 i spent was well worth it to get a new one in 2 years...i originally bought Ghost Recon w/ the 360 but ended up exchanging it for need for speed most wanted...i knew the girl at the customer service dept. at the best buy so she exchanged it for me even though they aren't allowed to do that:) they only allow the same exact game so i'm glad i got nfsmw, it's great...

i never shopped at costco so i did not know that you can return stuff like that when it f's up...is there a time limitation as to when you can return or exchange if the product goes bad?
