I have an 06 civic si and have had a very hard time getting the cotter pins off. Is there some sort of trick to it? Do I bend the bent areas or push the area that looks like a bulb? Will I ever need those again or can I just break em off? It's the only thing stopping me from completing this. My cotter pin looks like this below. However chrisfrofro's 07 si's pins look totally different
