Right you are Mike. It is amazing how this dealership can be so screwed up. I bought my G35 from Luther Infiniti and they have been ultra-professional from the get go. I have always had superb service from them and have always had great communication with them as well.
I suppose because of the size of Hopkins Honda, they haven't adequately trained people to improve customer service. I think they just sell them as fast as they can and worry about the customers later.
