On the other hand, I had to set up an appointment via Hopkins Honda service. When I pulled in, they were rude as usual, didn't understand why I had an appointment and generally seemed pissed that I was there. I cannot stand the Hopkins Honda Service advisors. They are some of the rudest, bitterest, angriest people in town. They suck and I try to avoid them.

Thanks Jon. Yeah, I know they can be cantankerous. When we wanted to get our HFP front lip installed, they first tried to have us go to the body shop. Then the body shop said that the mechanics were supposed to install the kit. The technicians ended up installing the lip, but it was a profusion of confusion.
