Well that is why I said that I think that the laws should be equal between pot and alcohol. Some people can drive and be high and be as safe as driving with the radio on… other's can be in the same room as pot and not even smoke, and end up driving down the sidewalk cuz it's a shortcut to mickie-d's.
That being said, there is no reason for marijuana to still be illegal. It was made illegal under impressions that it was the major hallucinogen that made you kill your parents and eat the stairs in your basement. It was played out to be this horrendous plant that caused cancer and equal mental instability as charles manson himself, all of this is pure bs. Yes, it should be heavily regulated and monitored, but not illegal. Prohibition didn't work for alcohol and it won't work for pot for forever.
If I won the lottery today - I'd be high tonight.. also if it was made legal today - I'd be high tonight. Until one of those happens, I have to worry about going to college and trying to lay the foundation for some kind of future for myself and my g/f.
Yes, people that love pot can be responsible :)

And anybody who suggests that the "World's Worst Driver" is a product of getting high instead of alcohol abuse has neither abused alcohol nor seriously used marijuana. Wake up people!
