I'm looking at some HFP 17's for my si 18's will just slow me down

anyone know the weight of an HFP rim, stock si rim is 22 or 23LBs. i think
I'm hoping to bring out the car's natural power with some light wheels but I also want to be able to have some rubber on the tire because I have to drive it on crappy Colorado roads from time to time. the tire on my stock rim should fit on an HFP right, I'd assume so.
I've never had rims other then stock so any recomendations besides HFP maybe a rim that is a few Lbs. less then stock at least.
