torque?! you must be noobies, go drive a car with drive-by-cable and you'll know what i'm talking about. the only reason why you do feel the "lag" that YOU'RE talking about in b series and h series motors is because they make less power and torque to begin with. 06 si's are faster and thats why you think the b and h series have that "lag"
