This is one of the best DIY write up I think I have ever seen on this site. +1 to you for taking the time to do it right and make it look OEM. Honestly if I saw your car on the street I would wonder how someone got a Civic with OEM back up sensors. I don't think I would ever do this, but I completely understand the reasoning for it.
