Also I'm considering of changing my MTF as well to the Amsoil Synthetic Synchromesh Transmission Fluid 5W-30 (what the Si guys are using) - is this the correct fluid or should I use something different? Manual is lame and says only Honda MTF.

Also, with this being an EX, R18 would it help smooth things out too? or is this idea overkill?

A lot of questions - thanks all for the help/advice . . .
