I too have an '08 with the rev hang problem. I started a thread on the "mechanical problem forum" and got my thread locked by a mod, telling me to do a search and that it's been discuss multiple times. I didn't realize it was such a widespread problem.
Good luck with getting it resolved, and again keep us posted.
