um, sit the bumper up have a friend level it (with an actual lever), stick a laser or flashlight into the housing, and play away lol
otherwise, u have to have the bumper on the car, like most people do it :-P
just jack up the car turn the lights on and aim! :-) have fun, let me know how it goes!
