The rubber mallet was PERFECT. It popped right out after a few gentle taps of increasing force. Overall, it was pretty easy, a bit of grunt work in looking for the bolts. I used the handle end of the rubber mallet to push up the clips from the trunk, since using pliers or a vice grip could bend the plastic. They push up VERY easily. Once it's all off, remember to tighten those screws on the stock speakers.

Note: I got rid of all my rattles today. Awesome.
