Like they saying went when I was in HS in 94, "go big or go home."

How is "trying your best to get dyno time" related to "no money for dyno?"

People who make intakes like you did without R&D using dyno and a flow bench 9 times out of 10 too broke or too cheap to spend money on real parts. And by example I am referring to XFactorwrx's intake.

My opinion on the whole thing is performance minded buyers who buy the R18 civic are usually the people who didn't have in their budget to get the Si and make all kinds of excuses except the real one why they didn't get it. Seriously I have seen many people say "well I'll just do a motor swap," or "I'll make it faster than an Si," "or I'll just do a conversion." These people are too impatient to wait to get what they really want and nickel and dime their power (in the mean time power) until they get serious. It's really laughable.

Answer this question to yourself seriously.

"Why did I do this modification instead of buying a proven part?"
