Ok, so one thing ive found out by looking, is that LED replacements can get confusing, so below is a list for 07 Civics (possibly others)
We will start with fitments guide:
Parking light 3457
Front Turn 3457
Rear Turn 992 (7440amber)
Tail 7443
Stop 7443
License plate 168
Back up 921
Rear Sidemarker 168
Map/Dome Bulbs DE 3175 (31mm Festoon)
Trunk 2825

Explanations of an LED (Light emitting diode)
Simply put it uses less electricity and creates little to no heat, for same or GREATER outputs versus incandecent counterparts
things to watch for:
Just because it has 9 leds, doesnt mean it should cost 12+ dollars
Nichia LEds are the cheapest form, and are often clustered together in groups (for instance the very common 31mm Festoon replacement is 9led... but theres a even brighter version that uses 1 led)
Luxeon, a little more expensive, designed a much more powerful LED, and comes in 1, 2 and 3 watts... VERY VERY POWERFUL
Cree is his competitor, again very powerful
the new super flux's stand a chance against these giants in the world and come in a much more variable wattage scale, so again keep an eye on it. Some super flux's come in 1.7watt combos, that are just as bright as the 1 watt Luxeon

Now if your wondering whats the point in spending the money on LEDs... well, for 1 ull never have to replace them (most have 100,000 Hour guarantees) and they use less power ( the regular festoon bulb is 8ws, a 1w luxeon will outperform it!)
Not to mention their colors are TRue colors, not a standard filament bulb with a painted or stained glass!

LEDs come in any color imaginable including but not limited to:
Green, Red, Blue, UV, amber, purple, yellow, orange, white, blue-white, etc.

3175 (here is 3022, same thing basically) 9LED = 2.95+ for colors

Some interesting LEDs can be found on ebay. There is a kit with a 12LED board and multiple attachments, including a festoon attachment. If you have the dome light (i know LXs do) this kit will work! i might be getting it and let u know how it goes!
