I just picked up a 2010 civic si with 15,000. This is my first civic and I'm hoping to learn through this site the best mods and what to look for as far as maintenance goes.
First mod is hondata flashpro, its $700. You'll never second think that choice. Maintenance wise is nothing really just the oil filter. Its in a really tight spot right behind the passenger front tire. Make sure to have plenty of rags and you should be good. My fa5 has 11.7k miles so i can't say much maintenance wise but my brothers has 180k and all hes done was structs and boots. He has oem water pump, timing chain, ect and he has cai, skunk 2 header, flashpro, ect and drive really hard at a daily basis. That civic will last you for a long time. Have fun with it and hope you'll love yours as much as i love mine.
Thanks so far love the car. I will definitely invest in the hondata. Definitely sounds like a reliable car. I came from a 2012 Hyundai Genesis and while it was a fun car it wasn't too reliable.
15,000 miles? Damn that's good. Congrats on your purchase these cars are fun!
