Hello Faisal. You are correct, the speaker grills do not come out. You need to remove the entire rear deck lid (plastic cover) to access all the rear speakers and center seatbelt. There are no screws or bolts to remove. Basically all you have to do is pull it off (up and out) while trying to be careful at the same time.
