Okay so in the afternoon i saw a Tc coming out of a gas station and he was coming up behind me and started to tailgate. then he decided to pass me, so i floored it. i gave him some comp, but then he eventually took me within 5 seconds... . i was like damn....
Then later on that night i was driving down the street minding my own business and then i saw some lights flashing me from behind that caught my eye. i saw that he going to overtake me, so i floored it... took me within 3 seconds . Yesterday i felt like i made a disgrace to the whole civic reputation.... sorry guys...
I really want more horses, can someone gimme some advice as to how to gain more horses without ruining the warranty. I just basically want some faster acceleration, i don't really care about that top speed stuff. Thanks..

I feel your pain. The 2006 civic is way more powerful than the 2005, and is great at conserving gas. Manual is more peppy than the automatic. Seems like cars continue to become more powerful each successive model. If you do get a more powerful car like the Si or V6 Accord Coupe with 6 speed MT, don't kick yourself about the drop in fuel economy.
At my local dealership, a guy traded in is 2006 Civic EX to buy the Si model, and I was told he didn't lose much in the deal. Maybe something to think about.
