i have a 12awg goin from the battery to the switch..then i believe 14awg from the switch to the ground AND connected the 14awg to a 12awg fuse wire..then from that 12awg fuse wire to the resistor and from the resistor out is 12awg and i spliced that into 2 14awg wires to the headlights..pink on drivers side and white on passenger side..i used a 7.5A fuse and a resistor i bought on ebay..
