Listen to what happened to me this weekend when I went to see my brother. I was driving normally. I went to shift from 5th to 6th and as soon as I put it into 6th, the car started speeding up by itself! This isn't the first time it happened. I took it to my local dealer the first time and when they inspected it, they could not find anything wrong. I am taking it to them on Wednesday to see what they say this time. I'll let you know.
