4hp ontop of DCRH, reflash and exhaust? That's pretty good my friend. Advertised gains are off Stock setups. You have to remember when you add mods together you can't just start adding up the advertised whp gains and think your going to get magiaclly 30whp.
Look for things such as, does the car drive better in certain RPM ranges. Does it climb RPM's faster. 4 whp may not be much, but Intakes aren't meant for huge gains unless the factory set up is ridiculously restrictive. Remember that the Si tuned from the factory is pretty f'n good. The mods you have done have essentially moved your power band down and get your RPM's moving quicker. Now adding a intake to your set up is probably not gonna be something you'll notice. Simply because a) 4whp your not gonna notice and b) you already have the reflash which essentially plays that into the mix.
Now you have a I/H/E reflash. Outside of other N/A mods, that's the best its gonna get. (TB, IM, Heads, etc...) This just goes to show how well the car was tuned from the factory and the engineering that goes into the car.
IF you bought just an intake over stock, you would notice small, but subtle gains in driving and drivability. I don't have one complaint over mine. The install is a bit of a PITA, but its doable. In the end if your really unhappy with it, sell it and go back stock. However, your air flow is certainly traveling a much shorter route to the engine and isn't any hotter than stock. The whole point of the SRI.
