I have the Injen laying around so cutting it wasn't a big deal for me. And honestly, the injen reduction on the maf "housing" is simply a piece of **** that was underdeveloped to simply try to get the maf read right and they fail miserably on it. Before this mod, the cars ALWAYS runs very rich, about 12.0-12.5:1 on almost all the power band until it reaches about 7700 when it get even worst and drop to mid 11. I know that now it is reading more accurately and don't have the 2.75" bottle neck on the middle of the pipe. Now it is a true full 3" CAI.
