Well while waiting for answers to my questions, Dude it's not that bad.. Maybe you did some clutch glazing. No motor mount damage I'm sure. Did you check you spark plugs? If you think you did damage either do a leak-down compression test or get one done to make sure your within factory specs.
I've been building honda's since the mid 80's it's happened to me before, much more extreme then your case.
