I'm starting a different thread for this. For those of us that didn't cut the hole in the splash guard I'm advising you to check your pipe and take necessary steps. The wear you see is on the Sedan with Injen CAI installed. I didn't cut the wheel well. I've been noticing a metallic vibration during light gas pedal applied. If I took my foot of the gas it would immediately stop. I knew it was the CAI and here is the wear. I've throw away the directions but it did state that "failing to follow all directions will void the warranty." Here's why:
