Yes, but to reach it, you'll have to at least pull the grille loose. There should be instructions on this earlier in the thread. You'll need a flathead screwdriver for the pressure bolts on the shield and an allen wrench to begin pulling the grille away from the radiator.
The Si badge is indeed screwed into the grille. My pics don't show this, but if I remember correctly, you should be able to reach it without removing the grille. I think it's two Phillips head screws.
