That's the other side of the coin. The Wii is definitely ahead in terms of what we can do with controllers. The negative of that is that nearly any game out on the Wii is short, and mostly a mish-mash of mini-games. The only games we know of that is actually a lengthy (and fun) playthrough would be LoZ: Twilight Princess, and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.

Personally, I'd go as far as to say I hated Metroid on the Gamecube, as it was cumbersome to play (you couldn't manual aim unless you held down a button, etc.). However, MP3:C looks very good, in terms of ease of control.

The problem is, how to make games good without being too gimmicky. LoZ gets tiring very quickly, considering you actually have to swing your sword and such.

All the rest of the games we've owned are mostly friendly, party affairs: Mario Party, WarioWare, Cooking Mama, Rayman, etc.

I'm biased towards the PS3 due to three particular games (Ninja Gaiden, MGS4, and FFXIII) but I'd rather get the Wii right now.
