Well to answer a question a while back about Hidrolock I called up Ingen about their Hidrolock shield and they say that they tested it by throwing a 5gl. Bucket at it and it had no effect. And for the other question about cutting out a hole in your wheel well, don’t I herd that from all the water that your tire tries to disperse is too much for the Filter to handle.
