Back to your comment. Even if your work was exactly 40 miles away, where did the other 20ish miles come from? You're good to drive it like you want, but I would change the oil first, again you don't know what they did while driving it over there.

I did not have much of a choice.
I had to get a new car asap, my daughter is being treated for leukemia, one of the chemo drugs messed up her clotting, she got clot in her brain, stroke, seizures and so she was put on anti-clotting injections twice a day. need to protect her from any sort of bumps, esp the head.
now she feels good enough to go back to school, and I have to take her to school every day.
so we needed a safer car than my previous one, an 89 240SX, also, she has grown up over the last year, and could not really fit in the back seat anymore her head was way to close to the roof.
I bought the Civic Si since it was the safest car I could afford.
I was looking for a car that has good handling and braking, electronic stability control, anti-lock brakes, traction control, air bags/curtains all around, good crash ratings.
my daughter's favorite color is blue, and the only FBP available was 30 miles away, with 25 miles on the odometer. (I guess from previous test drives).
because my credit sucks (too many late medical bills) had to put the financing under my wife's name, but there was no way that she could drive to the dealership and sign the papers, so the only choice was to have the dealer deliver the cars to my office. putting yet another 30 miles on it.
I have three jobs, all over the place, so in two days, I put yet another 340 miles on the car...
thanks,
