Good DIY! I was thinking of doing one myself.
I have several pics that might help folks do the front a little differently.
I was able to save the clips from my original emblem, but the prongs broke off.
I painted the tips of the prongs on the new front emblem with Liquid Paper.
Then I lined it up with the grille and transferred the Liquid Paper.
Then I used a sharp Xacto blade to cut through the plastic. You could easily drill it, of course.
Then I flattened the clips and pushed them back onto the plate after applying the emblem.
I thought I might share these here instead of starting another emblem thread.
