Brakes and Clutch are usually never covered even under your regular bumber to bumber 3yr/60k warranty.

Yes it clearly states in page 5(section IV part A) of the vehicle service contract that the navigation system IS COVERED "American Honda authorized electronic/audio/NAVIGATIONAL, DVD entertainment and security systems" that was one of there selling points of the extended Honda Care bumper to bumper warranty.
