Our traffic department files claims with Fedex all the time. They say it'll take 2 days, 3 days max for them to get back with us. Almost everytime they get back to us the next day.

Hmmm...I'd say give it a few days. Some people don't understand that there are times where things are just out of our control. To protect themselves from getting screwed, they have to file the claim before sending out a replacement order. Some people just aren't trustworthy enough (not saying you).

By the way, if any of you are ever given the choice between Fedex, or UPS, depending on the packaging, I'd highly suggest UPS. Fedex loses packages like mad. They have also damaged more packages than any of our other US and International carriers. Not slandering their name, but it's the honest truth.
