i'm guessing "fix neg. camber wear" means that the inner tread of your tires is running down consistenly quicker than the outside tread of your tires?
now, how much camber are you running? do you have adjustable camber bolts/arms for your civic already?
for the most part, reducing neg. camber(running closer to zero camber) would help keep the inside tread wearing down significantly faster than the outside tread.
