You bought the high-end PC because you were told you needed one to keep up with technology in order to live in this modern world. You got the nice car because it's a symbol of status and prosperity. You bought the nice house for the same reason. You got the IPod because you see commercials and ads everywhere for them so you must have one, cause everyone else does.
Society has influenced and brainwashed us to believe we need all of these things to survive in this world. And the people that are controlling these mediums are the ones that are in control of these businesses that make the products we "need". We are nothing more than ignorant blind consumers.
Im not saying that you should stop working or buying things that I've mentioned, but become aware of the things around you. And when I use the word "you" im not directing this to you.
And by stimulating, I meant by through the use of Salvia. Nothing illegal, but I use it sparingly for such things as this. It makes me more aware of my surrounding.

my car was purchased for nessecity, and want. i didnt buy it to be "cool". i bought it bc i liked the way it drove, and its an amazing car. if i lived in the middle of nowhere, i would still buy it to get around, even if no1 saw me. a car isnt a symbol, and if it is to you im sorry.
and i bought an ipod bc i was tired of switching out cds in my car. and when i buy a house, it will prob be in the middle of nowhere, with alot of land, and i will buy according to the size of my family. not to be better them someone else. i dont want a CEO job, and i dont want to make alot of money. i just want enought to support my family and create a happy life for them. one where they dont have to worry getting food stamps, or having a job at 15. i would like them to concentrate on being young, having fun, and school... so they can do the same for their children
