[Robstar's si]

i have been having swirl marks on the side of my car when its under the sun ever since i bought the car... i've wax it once with blak magic but the swirls are still ther.. really bad in the sun. BTW i have NHBP also does it suppose to look bluish in the sun. i mean the paint up close looks black but it has the blue look to it. help please!! tell me what i can do
