i have ordered things from them before and never had a problem. in their defense, it was a holiday weekend, so if you ordered late in the day on friday (the 28th), they might have been closed on saturday, sunday, and monday...so maybe they actually only received your payment/order on tuesday (the 4th). your being very impatient.
