We moved here 4 years ago and this water heater has been nothing but trouble. It's a brand new house. It always shuts down and flashes a red light. We've had the guy come out 3-4 times and he hasn't been able to fix it. He's replaced some electrical components, the pipe going to the outside and some other things I wasn't aware of. Any ideas here? I hate power cycling this thing everyday.
